The Role

Working with the board the new CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across advocacy, service delivery, and organisational performance, whilst focussing on financial sustainability and strengthening organisational capability. You will continue to build relationships with government, funders and the community ensuring high-quality, person-centred services.

Skills Required

You have a track record in leading organisations that combine high-quality service delivery with strong community impact. You bring vision, commercial and financial acumen, and the ability to build an engaged and inclusive organisational culture. You have lead the delivery of safe, person-centred services with credibility and influence, and are an advocate who builds relationships across government and the broader community.

Ideally you have a current, or the ability to obtain, national police check and working with vulnerable people registration.
