The NGO Recruitment annual salary report is based on our internal recruitment data and extensive market research, with average figures exclusive of superannuation, bonuses and benefits for most roles within the sector. We’re able to draw on this and other sector relevant data to provide you with insights and guidance around the salary range and other benefits candidates will be expecting for this position. Additionally, we can provide advice around the formulation of a competitive offer package based on our access to live market data.

Position descriptions

As part of our service, we will review the existing position description and recommend changes. This normally takes place after the formal briefing for the role so we’re in an informed position.

Candidate information pack

We will design a candidate information pack to be distributed to potential candidates as part of our candidate engagement process and to inform candidates about the organisation, the role remit, skills and experience required, salary indication when appropriate, benefits, and the application process.

Design of client interview process and structure

We will assist with the interview process including interview panel selection, sample interview questions and designing interview scenario and presentation tasks. We can provide recommendations for psychometric assessments where required.

Client/candidate interview scheduling

Our team can manage the scheduling and coordination of all interviews between panel members and candidates.

Career coaching, interview coaching, and outplacement

Our team includes two certified career coaches who can provide internal candidates with guidance should they be unsuccessful in their application. Interview coaching is also available for candidates who may need support with the selection process. Our outplacement services are available to protect our client’s reputation and support employees who may be impacted by a restructure.

Public Relations Support

We offer public relations support for both the launch of your search campaign and once your successful candidate has been appointed. Our preferred communications consultant can collaborate with you on announcements which can be shared on social media and emailed to sector-specific publications.

Should you require a screening service, we can organise a quote from our strategic partner to verify various aspects of the candidate’s background and minimise risk for our client organisations globally.
