The Role
Reporting to the Community Fundraising Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering community fundraising campaigns and coordinate fundraising initiatives. This will involve generating support for community events and providing exceptional supporter care. You will also be responsible to:
- Support the rollout of a new flagship community fundraising event and DIY fundraising initiatives
- Develop and coordinate supporter communications, fundraising resources and campaign collateral
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve fundraising outcomes and supporter engagement
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and fundraising platforms while providing high-quality administrative support
Skills Required
You will have previous fundraising or community engagement experience, ideally within the not-for-profit sector, and have the following skills:
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
- Excellent relationship building, communication and customer service skills
- Experience using CRM systems to maintain accurate supporter records and fundraising data
- The ability to work collaboratively while delivering an exceptional supporter experience
