The Role
Working closely with the Manager of Advocacy and Content and the broader Practice, Evidence and Impact team, you will provide design, content and capability support to deliver high-quality, visually engaging and accessible materials. This role plays a key part in translating complex information into clear, professional and shareable outputs.
Duties will include:
- Produce high quality infographics across multiple platforms
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, engaging and accessible formats
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and high visual standards across all content and publications
- Develop templates, tools and resources to improve design efficiencies
- Work with team members and stakeholders to deliver coordinated outputs
- Create visual assets including report covers, graphics and layouts for data-heavy content
Skills Required
You will bring experience in content and publication design ideally within a purpose-led or not-for-profit environment, and be able to demonstrate:
- Strong design and visual communication skills, with experience producing reports and infographics
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
- Previous mentoring, advisory and training skills
- Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office and AI
- Experience developing templates, style guides or content systems
- Understanding of accessible design principles and best practice
