The Role
Working alongside an experienced team member, you will coordinate a portfolio of community programs, grants and events, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining excellent service to families, community partners and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate community programs, initiatives, grants and events
- Manage the end-to-end administration of grant applications and payments
- Liaise with families, schools, healthcare providers, suppliers and community partners
- Monitor program budgets, timelines and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate information within the grants management system
- Assist with reporting to senior leadership and funding partners
- Support continuous improvement of programs and identify opportunities for future initiatives
- Contribute to the successful delivery of community-focused events and projects
Skills Required
You will have experience coordinating grant programs or projects within the community, health, disability or not-for-profit sectors and be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working with grants, funding programs or community initiatives
- Experience coordinating multiple programs or projects simultaneously
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confidence using CRM or grants management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a supportive team
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children, families and communities
