Working across a federated network of 12 independently governed local Chapters, Ronald McDonald House Australia provides national leadership, shared services and strategic support to strengthen collective impact across the country.
Each year, Ronald McDonald House Australia supports thousands of families through Ronald McDonald Houses, Family Rooms, Family Retreats, Hospitality Carts and the Ronald McDonald Learning Program. As the National Affiliate Chapter, Ronald McDonald House Australia plays a central role in helping Chapters deliver exceptional support to families while strengthening the organisation's national presence and reputation.
The organisation continues to evolve its Salesforce and associated business systems capability, and a newly created opportunity has arisen for a technical lead to join the team.

The Role
Reporting to the Business Analytics and Data Manager and fully contributing to a small, high performing team, you will act as the technical lead and primary administrator for Salesforce and other nominated business systems in the Salesforce Ecosystem. As part of the role, you will build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the nation-wide Ronald McDonald House Australia system.
You will provide technical expertise on projects coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure maximum value is achieved. This will include being the lead internal resource for an upcoming project migrating from Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to Agentforce Nonprofit Cloud.
Skills Required
You are a relationship-focused person who enjoys managing and developing business systems which help others succeed. You have strong technical ability, well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery. Comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholders, you can influence outcomes through collaboration, credibility and trusted advice rather than formal authority.
You will bring to the role:
- Extensive experience administering and supporting Salesforce
- Skills in supporting integrations and connected business systems
- Ability to manage complex technical issues, platform enhancements and vendor relationships
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building capability
- Strong problem-solving skills using a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ideally, an understanding of charitable environments and volunteer engagement
