You will be responsible for responding to a range of enquiries from women seeking assistance, current clients, volunteers, probono partners and referring agencies. Duties will include: - Manage and coordinate client appointment systems, bookings, reminders and scheduling requests Ensure awareness of community organisations to support referrals or connection of clients to other agencies as required Assist with regular reporting activities, including data entry and analysis tasks Support all practice areas within the Centre through managing administrative systems and processes Skills Required You have a professional disposition and previous experience from reception and office administration roles. You can provide efficient administrative support, alongside your highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you bring: - Natural ability to remain calm, resilient and adaptable to change in a busy working environment Ability to communicate clearly and empathically with a wide range of stakeholders, including from diverse backgrounds or those in distress and affected by trauma Confidence using MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems and databases
