Managing a small digital team of two, you’ll drive the supporter-facing fundraising program to grow and engage the supporter list in the work of the organisation. Additionally, you will: Identify and create opportunities to drive small dollar donations and support via digital mobilisation Proactively identify and respond to political events to sustain supporter engagement Deliver persuasive and engaging digital communications, collaborating cross organisationally to ensure alignment of messaging and maximise impact Develop and implement data segmentation and strategies to increase the relevance and performance of campaigns Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future results Skills Required You’re an agile collaborative leader with experience in digital communications, digital marketing, digital campaigning or fundraising, and you have delivered on successful issues-based campaign strategies in a not for profit, advocacy or political context. You also bring: Proven success growing supporter engagement and acquiring new donors through digital channels Persuasive writing and storytelling skills Proficiency in CRMs, digital analytics platforms and digital engagement metrics and insights Awareness and understanding of Australian politics, policy advocacy and the barriers to progressive change A hands-on approach to mentoring and motivating a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Reporting to the Director of Development and Operations and working closely with the Manager of Parliamentary Engagement, the role combines administration, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and CRM management. You will act as a key administrative hub across two focus areas: supporting ACOSS’s broad and engaged membership base and assisting with the coordination of meetings with ministers, other members of parliament and senators and departmental secretaries. Key areas of responsibility include: Managing the ACOSS member inbox, processing applications, renewals and queries Supporting the membership survey and assisting in drafting board reports Overseeing the CRM (CiviCRM), inputting and managing stakeholder records and data integrity Contributing to general organisational administration and support as required Managing parliamentary and departmental engagement and tracking this engagement using Advoc8 Skills & Experience Required You are an experienced and organised administrator with a warm, people-focused approach and a genuine interest in social impact. You’ll have a background in coordination or administrative roles, ideally in the not-for-profit, community, political or membership-based sectors, and will be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, be confident working across internal teams and external stakeholders, and have the initiative to take ownership of a busy and varied workload. Strong digital literacy and CRM experience will be highly regarded, as will a natural ability to manage process, detail and data with care and accuracy. Working within a high-performing major gifts team, you’ll be responsible for securing gifts of $10,000+ to fund Bush Heritage’s conservation work. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and board members, lead tailored stewardship strategies, and facilitate donor engagement events and meetings. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, trusts, and foundations Conduct regular face-to-face donor meetings (minimum 8/month) Present and secure major gift proposals ($10,000+) and renewals Support the CEO and board in high-level donor engagement Track donor activity in CRM and contribute to reporting and proposals Support the delivery of curated trips and events Skills and Experience You have experience in major gift fundraising or high-value relationship management, with a history of building rapport and securing income from individuals or philanthropic organisations. You’re an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders including donors, board members and executives. You’ll manage all aspects of the regular giving program and coordinate campaigns to ensure supporters are consistently engaged in the work of the organisation. This includes: Donor care and retention, acquisition and growth, and upgrades and renewals Driving supporter engagement to convert one off donors to monthly donors Working alongside the digital fundraising team to acquire new regular donors via digital marketing strategies Reporting on regular giving campaigns using data analytics and segmentation Skills Required With a background in campaigning or fundraising, you will understand the importance of donor journeys and have been involved with increasing supporter engagement and donations within a regular giving program. This could be in a political, advocacy, or not-for-profit context. This role provides overall direction to implement Myanmar’s long-term strategic vision and goals in line with WWF global and Asia-Pacific programme priorities. You will strengthen WWF-Myanmar’s presence by building and managing strategic partnerships and stakeholders, whilst ensuring a robust approach to risk mitigation and crisis management and ensuring the delivery of high impact fundraising strategies. Leading a talented team, you will foster a culture of accountability, performance and learning, and be responsible for financial management and sustainable growth. Skills Required With an advanced degree, you’re an exceptional and sensitive leader and influential communicator, with over ten years professional experience in leadership roles mobilising teams and partners, including in Southeast Asia countries. With strong diplomacy skills and highly developed EQ, you have a deep understanding of Myanmar’s environment and you either have experience in Myanmar gained pre/post 2021, or you have experience leading, managing and navigating in other similar contexts. You have managed large programme teams in conservation, natural resources, international development, or in related fields. You bring experience developing multimillion dollar fundraising opportunities and proposal designs, which have secured restricted and unrestricted funds including from major donors, foundations, governments and multilaterals. You’re skilled in business and budget planning, monitoring, and the development of funding frameworks to ensure financial sustainability for large-scale programmes. You have highly developed negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills with networks at senior levels within government, businesses, non-profit, scientific and political communities. You have a history of leading and empowering staff in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and developing country contexts, plus a demonstrated commitment to promoting leadership development among local staff.
